Each passenger is permitted to bring two pieces of carry-on baggage for personal travel items. No piece of baggage can exceed 30 kg or 200 linear cm (H + W + L).

Please be aware that Ogasawara Kaiun will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the carry-on baggage.

Items that cannot be checked as baggage: building materials, hazardous materials, electric appliances, motorcycles 126cc or larger, etc. These items must be checked as cargo for a charge.

Please bring items that cannot be checked as carry-on baggage and other general cargo items to the Shibaura Cargo Receiving Office by 12:00 noon the day before the departure date.

*Before boarding the ship, leave your large-size baggage to check.

The baggage charge is 30% higher for items placed in cold storage. Please insure items valued over ¥100,000. (The insurance rate is ¥350 per ¥100,000.)
