Boarding Procedure
- The boarding procedure is completed at check-in counter No. 8 at the Port of Tokyo Takeshiba Ship Terminal.
- Check-in time is 9:30-10:40.
- Check-in may start at around 8:00 during peak periods (The year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer vacation).
- Boarding lists are no longer required.
Procedure for Boarding
- Tickets purchased by phone reservation through Ogasawara Kaiun, online reservation, or reservation in person at the Ogasawara Kaiun Tokyo office.

STEP 2 Wait in the waiting room. -
STEP 3 Boarding announcements are announced by type of room over the loudspeaker. -
STEP 4 Board the ship. The QR Code on your boarding pass is scanned at the boarding entrance.

Checked Baggage
Receiving time: 90 min. to 30 min. before departure. Please check-in your baggage as early as possible.
Allowable Carry-on Baggage and Checked Baggage
Please bring items that cannot be checked as checked baggage and other general cargo items to the Shibaura Cargo Receiving Office by 12:00 noon the day before the departure date.
Use of Port of Tokyo TakeshibaShip Terminal
- Please arrive at TakeshibaShip Terminal (TakeshibaPier) no later than 30 minutes before departure and complete boarding procedure.
- When preparations for departure are completed, an announcement will be made by staff personnel and over the loudspeaker.
- A kiosk and vending machines are available in the waiting room.
- All passengers are asked to have their boarding passes in hand. The QR Code on the boarding pass is scanned at the boarding entrance.
- The deck on the 2nd floor of the Port of Tokyo Takeshiba Ship Terminal (Takeshiba Pier) is available for persons seeing off passengers.
